Acupuncture

Acupuncture aims to restore the smooth flow of Qi (energy) along the meridians/channels by stimulating acupuncture points along the affected meridian using ultra fine needles.

Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM)
Chinese materia medica contains several hundred commonly used ingredients, consisting of roots, stems, flowers, leaves and barks, together with some non-plant materials. The main principle of CHM is to formulate a prescription consisting of a balance of herbs with certain properties to regain harmony within the individual. A prescription is adapted to the changing needs of the patient. It may be administered in as a tea to be made up from raw herbs or concentrate powders, a ready made tablet or an external preparation including creams, ointments, washes and compresses.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a therapeutic method where an ignited moxa is placed close to the human body to warm the local area.
Tuina Massage

Tuina massage is a Chinese medical massage using manipulative movements and varying degrees of pressure on special areas to: correct imbalance; relax spasms; relieve pain and achieve harmony.
Cupping

Cupping is a method where a partial vacuum is created on the skin. It has become an important method in treating a variety of diseases as it can enlarge the applications and improve the therapeutic effect.
