At Galway City Physiotherapy we run a wide variety of rehabilitation exercise classes tailored to meet the needs of our clients.They are designed to cater for all ages and activity levels from the relatively inactive person to the elite athlete. They will suit anyone  who is recovering from injury, surgery, trauma or those  dealing with a chronic longstanding condition such as osteoarthritis or osteoporosis or pain.

Our small classes offer individual supervision by a chartered physiotherapist who can ensure safe exercise progression and expert care.

Classes range from Beginners and Intermediate Pilates, strength and conditioning, bone health , balance and postural correction , back care , golf rehabilitation to higher level sports specific classes.

Classes run in blocks of 6 to 8 weeks mornings and evenings where exercises are progressed weekly and your physiotherapist can guide you in your technique and help you modify movements depending on your ability. You will also be provided with a home exercise programme to maintain and progress your improvements.
