Physio Led Exercise For All Abilities
At MOVE, we run various types of in-house and online classes to suit all levels. We are highly experienced and professionally trained to run both individual and small group classes. So whether you have a long history of exercising or have never exercised before, we have a class to suit you.
Our classes are varied. Some are suitable for people with complex underlying medical conditions, and some for high level athletes returning to sport after injury. Participants are supervised throughout by our Chartered Physiotherapists who are also Pilates and Strength & Conditioning trained.
We are currently running our classes both online and in person in our purpose-built rehabilitation studios. All participants are screened prior to joining a class to ensure a safe and suitable class level.
